Test Our Sticker Material on your Product First
We recommend our stickers for a wide range of products and applications; however, due to the nature of different sticker materials, adhesive types, finishes, and environmental conditions, we cannot guarantee seamless application on every surface, shape, or material. Because of this, we recommend ordering a sample pack and testing our stickers on your intended surface before placing your order.
For foiled stickers, curved or uneven surfaces (such as jars or bottles), or products exposed to moisture, refrigeration, heat, or other extreme conditions, we strongly recommend ordering 5 sample copies of your stickers to test prior to committing to a full run, giving you complete peace of mind when placing your order.
We aim to produce and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As every product is custom printed to order, turnaround times can vary depending on artwork approval, quantity, finishing options and the complexity of the project. More specialist products and finishes, including duplex, triplex, die cut and foiled items, will usually require additional production time due to the extra processes involved.

What Is the Difference Between Sticker Sheets and Individual Die-Cut Stickers?+
Sticker sheets keep several kiss-cut stickers together on one backing sheet. They are convenient for storing, displaying, distributing or selling a collection of stickers as one product.
Individual die-cut stickers are cut through both the printed material and backing, so every sticker is supplied as a separate piece. If you need loose stickers rather than a complete sheet, our custom die-cut sticker printing page is the more suitable option.
Can I Print Several Different Designs on One Sticker Sheet?+
Yes. You can combine multiple designs on the same custom sticker sheet, provided they fit within your selected sheet size and leave sufficient room for the individual cut lines.
This works particularly well for themed illustration collections, character sets, planner stickers, promotional packs and branded sticker assortments. You can also repeat selected designs in different sizes or quantities across the sheet.
Can Every Sticker on the Sheet Have a Different Shape?+
Yes. Each sticker can have its own kiss-cut outline, allowing you to mix circles, squares, lettering and completely custom shapes on one sheet.
Kiss cutting means cutting through the printed sticker material without cutting through the backing sheet underneath. This creates individually shaped stickers that can be peeled away while the surrounding sheet remains intact.
The backing provides protection and makes it easier to present several stickers as one organised collection.
Can I Choose the Size of the Sticker Sheet and the Stickers on It?+
Yes. We can produce custom-sized sticker sheets and arrange individual stickers in the sizes required for your design.
Remember that the sheet must provide enough space for every sticker, its cut line and the required separation between neighbouring designs. Very intricate shapes or tightly packed layouts may need to be adjusted to allow reliable cutting and easy peeling.
Can I Have a Printed Border or Branding Around the Stickers?+
Yes. The area surrounding the individual stickers can include a background colour, logo, website address, social media details, instructions or other branded artwork.
This outer area stays on the backing sheet after the stickers have been removed, making it especially useful when the complete sheet will be sold as merchandise or included in customer orders.
Which Material Should I Choose for My Sticker Sheets?+
Paper sticker sheets offer a traditional label-like appearance and work well for stationery, packaging and decorative applications. Vinyl sticker sheets provide a smoother, more durable finish for stickers that may be handled frequently.
The best choice depends on the intended surface, environment and finished appearance. We recommend testing a sample on the actual surface before placing a larger order, particularly if it is curved, textured or exposed to moisture or temperature changes.
Can Sticker Sheets Include Both Small and Large Stickers?+
Yes. You can mix different sticker sizes on the same sheet. For example, your layout could feature one large central illustration accompanied by smaller logos, icons or decorative elements.
Very small stickers need enough room for the artwork to remain recognisable and for the sticker to be peeled from the backing. Fine points and extremely intricate edges may need simplifying.
Can I Add Lamination or Metallic Foil to Sticker Sheets?+
Selected paper sticker sheets can be enhanced with lamination or metallic foil, subject to the chosen material, artwork and sheet design. These finishes can help turn a standard sticker collection into a more distinctive premium product.
Foil artwork requires additional setup, while lamination can change the texture, sheen and flexibility of the sticker. Our guide to lamination explains the available finishes in more detail.
How Should I Prepare Artwork for Custom Sticker Sheets?+
Supply your artwork at a minimum resolution of 300 DPI in CMYK colour mode. We accept PDF, JPG and fully packaged Adobe Illustrator files.
Yes. If you have finished illustrations or logos but are unsure how to arrange them, our design team can help create a practical sticker sheet layout.
We will need the individual designs, your preferred sheet size and an indication of which stickers should be larger or repeated. Will I Receive a Proof Before My Sticker Sheets Are Printed?+

We will flag common technical issues, but you remain responsible for confirming that every design and cut line is correct. Once you approve the proof, your order enters production and we will confirm the estimated dispatch date.

I learned about card thickness, soft touch vs velvet touch, foil printing, QR codes. I then used AI to make a graphic of my business card and sent it out to get quotes. I custom designed an invitation suite for a retirement party, and first worked with Aura on my save-the-dates before doing a larger order. I was blown away by the lightning-fast proofing process, and then the incredibly quick printing. Both orders included custom foiling (which I could not find for a better price point anywhere, especially here in the US). We graphic designers know that human creativity is the core of what we do, which is why I was so appreciative that I was working with fellow humans through this process, and not through some AI. Further, the shipping process was spectacular. Whereas many US-based businesses were offering week-long SHIPPING times (excluding printing), Aura offers as its default UPS Express shipping for the US. As a result, their shipments have a 2-day transit time (for me, in a smaller city, but would be overnight for major metros), and are guaranteed by UPS. Having traversed the world of e-commerce shipping, nothing brings me greater relief than to see UPS as a shipping option. Additionally, and quite importantly for my fellow US designers, because my order consisted of what could reasonably be described as printed marketing materials, they should not be subject to tariffs. The shipping department at Aura made sure that the customs information was filled out correctly, leaving me with no duties to pay, for which I am eternally grateful. Awed by the quality of my save-the-dates, proceeding with the rest of my suite was a no-brainer, which included a main invite, detail card, and reply card. The turnaround time was similarly rapid, and the quality of the work simply unmatched. To all designers, but especially those in the US, do not let the idea of an international shipper stop you.
