Can you print on the inside of the packaging pouches?
Unfortunately at this moment in time, we only offer print on the outside of your packaging pouches. If this is a deal breaker, please let our team know as the more times we get asked for this feature the better the chance we'll begin to offer this.
What is the largest size custom pouch packaging you offer?
We understand that different products require varying sizes of gusset packaging. We specialize in providing custom pouch packaging, which means we'll try to accommodate your specific size requirements. The best way to set our size limitations is by saying that as long as when laid flat, your pouch packaging is no bigger than 420mm x 297mm then we can print it.
What materials can my pouches be printed on?
We offer a wide range of materials for printing your pouches. Depending on your preferences and product needs, we can print on materials such as FSC-certified packaging board and brown kraft card. How will my custom pouch packaging arrive?
All of your packaging pouches will be supplied flat-packed with peel-off tape pre-applied in any areas that require it. You'll be required to build up the pouches as and when you need them. We've taken every measure to try and make all of our packages as easy to assemble as possible.
Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 2mm of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 3mm safe zone from the cut edge.
Metallic Foil & Spot UV Products
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for die/kiss cutting.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Spot Colours
Supply your artwork as CMYK + 1 Spot Colour. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for spot colour printing.
Name your spot colour layer with the colour you've chosen, for example 'gold' or 'silver'.
