Can you print on the inside of the pillow box?
Unfortunately, we're only geared up to print to the outside of your custom pillow boxes. That said, there's nothing to stop you from including extra packaging materials in there to make the unboxing experience even more exciting.
Can you provide me with a pillow box template?
Because we allow so many customisation options for printed pillow boxes, we don't have a one size fits all template. Our team are more than happy to provide you with a custom template though if you know the height, width and depth of the final assembled box. Don't forget, if you need you can just send us a design brief and have us create your artwork for you.
Can I add things to my pillow box like hanging holes?
With the option to provide us with your custom-finished artwork, we're able to print and cut any type of custom pillow box you desire. Simply order online then email us your design and cut files and we can work with you to produce exactly what you need.
Is there a limit to how big or small my pillow gift boxes can be?
While we're confident we'll be able to print the size pillow gift box you need, the best way to set limitations is to say we're able to print any sized package that when unfolded lays flat to fit on an A3 sheet which stands at 420mm x 297mm.
How will my custom pillow boxes arrive?
Your printed pillow boxes will arrive flat-packed and ready for assembly with any glue/tape already pre-applied with a peel-off backing. All you need to do is fold along the pre-creased lines and assemble them which shouldn't take longer than 20 seconds per pillow pack.
Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 2mm of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 3mm safe zone from the cut edge.
Metallic Foil & Spot UV Products
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for die/kiss cutting.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Spot Colours
Supply your artwork as CMYK + 1 Spot Colour. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for spot colour printing.
Name your spot colour layer with the colour you've chosen, for example 'gold' or 'silver'.
