Can you ship worldwide?
Currently, our website can only process orders that contain a delivery address within the UK & USA. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, please feel free to contact our team and we'll see if we can work out a bespoke order quote for you.
How long does it take to print my order?
Because no two orders are the same, the best way to get an idea of turnaround time would be to go by the estimates given on the product pages. That said, that's the shortest-case scenario as some finishes such as painted edges or double-thick duplex card can add a day or two to your order. Metallic foil print usually takes a minimum of 5 days. If you wish to place an order with a strict timeline, please get in touch with our team prior to placing your order so we can confirm whether our production team can meet your deadline.

You're more than welcome to ask our team for some help. That's what we're here for! And with over 100 years collective print experience our experts are on hand for even the most complicated print jobs you'd like to get a quote for.
What papers can you print?
We like to think one of our best selling points is our unique selection of paper stocks. Because we're not a huge commercial printers, we can specialise in a more boutique approach and offer you paper types and finishes that larger competitors wouldn't want to bother with, including luxury textured, waterproof, and compostable stocks.
Do I have to choose from a pre-made design?
Definitely not! You're able to print any custom design you'd like. We understand that sometimes templates are helpful though, so we recommend downloading the design-ready template on your desired product page before tackling the design. Alternatively, if you want to leave the design burden in the hands of our professionals, simply send us a detailed design brief post-checkout and you'll be assigned your very own designer.
How do I supply my artwork?
Supplying your artwork is straightforward, all you need to do is reply to your order confirmation with your print-ready artwork attached or with a URL to download your artwork. Your confirmation email will explain everything you need to do.
How do I set up my artwork?
Setting up your artwork can be a little confusing if you've not set anything up to be printed. We recommend checking each individual product page for more in-depth information about the setup specification as different products require different measurements of bleed and setup procedures. If you're not sure, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Can you prepare my artwork for me?
We certainly can! We have designers in-house who set up customers artwork and also create designs from scratch. We never use templates, and we won't stop designing until you're 100% happy. Prices vary between products, so it's best to check the prices as you browse.
What thickness paper do you use?
We're proud of the fact we offer you many amazing paper thicknesses. Starting from our lightest thickness at 100gsm / 5.5pt, some in the middle and a little thicker at 400gsm / 18pt, and the best is our ultra luxurious, double thick, 700gsm / 32pt.
Do you have a sample pack?
We offer a selection of sample packs designed to showcase all of our premium paper types and specialist finishes. Our current sample pack range includes business card sample packs, metallic foil sample packs, sticker sample packs, wedding stationery sample packs, and wallpaper sample packs.
