Metallic foil printing is a process that applies a thin reflective metallic layer to paper to create a dynamic shiny embellishment. We offer 12 different colours in our range, so feel free to explore your options!

We can apply a different foil to each side of your design, but based on the process we are unable to add multiple foils to each side.

Our upper limit is 432mm x 303mm for foil printing.

Lamination plays a critical role in the foiling process. After printing the base artwork, the laminated surface prevents foil sticking to unintended areas. The foiling process then involves applying black toner exclusively to designated sections, which bonds with the metallic foil under heat. This preserves the integrity of the surrounding design.

While non-laminated letterheads are available, this option restricts foil colour choices due to the lack of the protective layer. The combination of lamination and toner enables our broad spectrum of foil finishes!

Yes. We have an option where customers can purchase a 5-copy sample pack for most products, allowing you to evaluate the precise quality and specifications of the final ordered items.

We are very active on Instagram where we feature customer orders, highlight different products, and showcase a range of colour combinations and finishes!

Yes! We have long standing relationships with our suppliers, so we only update colours when introducing new options. If a supplier no longer stocks a colour, we will retire the original shade and introduce a comparable alternative under a new name to avoid any confusion.

We get excited by our foil collection, so we are always looking at market trends to see if there are new colours and shades we could add to our collection!

Our foils are incredibly thin, making up for less than 1% of the printed product. The foiling process is recyclable and biodegradable, but the soft touch lamination is not eco-friendly. We offset this aspect of production through our supplier’s sustainability initiatives.
