How Silver Metallic Foil Is Applied to Flyers
Our silver foil flyers are produced using precision digital foiling technology to achieve a sharp, reflective metallic finish.
Your flyer artwork is first printed in full colour onto your chosen stock. A soft-touch laminate is then applied to the surface, creating a smooth base for the foil to bond to. The metallic silver foil is pressed onto the laminated areas using controlled heat and pressure, ensuring clean adhesion and crisp detailing.
Because the foil sits on top of the laminated surface rather than being absorbed into the paper, it produces a highly reflective, chrome-like finish that catches the light and enhances contrast within your design.
