How Do I Submit My Own Design For Printable Tickets?
Submitting your own design really couldn’t be easier. Once your order is complete, await your confirmation email and respond with your print-ready artwork. From there, our design team will give it a once-over to make sure it’s ready to hit the presses.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Printed Tickets?
Turnaround time depends on a number of factors, including design, quantity, and finishing. The easiest way to get a quote for your ticket printing is by configuring your options above – your order price will update live on screen as you finalise your ticket criteria.
What Types Of Files Do You Accept For My Printed Tickets?
We accept a number of file types, including PDF, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, EPS, JPEG & PNG.
Can I Get A Sample Of My Ticket Design Before Printing The Full Order?
Before printing every order, we send our customers a digital proof copy of their final design to approve. This will allow our customers to see exactly what the ticket will look like when it arrives. We recommend ordering a paper sample pack before placing your order to ensure you’re choosing the perfect paper type for your print tickets.
Is There A Minimum Order Requirement For Ticket Printing?
Due to set-up times, our minimum order quantity for ticket printing is 50 copies.
Can I Order Different Types Of Tickets For The Same Event?
Absolutely! From design to paper type, size and orientation, we allow you to print as many ticket types in a single order as you need. This is all customisable on the product page.
Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 2mm of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 3mm safe zone from the cut edge.
Metallic Foil & Spot UV Products
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for die/kiss cutting.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Spot Colours
Supply your artwork as CMYK + 1 Spot Colour. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for spot colour printing.
Name your spot colour layer with the colour you've chosen, for example 'gold' or 'silver'.
