Absolutely! We offer free design changes on all of our pre-designed wedding invitations – we want them to be perfect for your day. Once you’ve placed your order, reply to your confirmation email with any edits of customisations you’d like us to make and our design team will create a digital proof for your approval.
How do I let you know what I want in metallic foil and what I want in print?
Once you’ve configured your order with your perfect foil shade, you can let us know which design elements or text you would like to see in metallic foil by replying to your confirmation email.
What customisation options are available?
You can choose from a variety of paper types, weights, and metallic foil colours. Additionally, if you have specific preferences for colours, fonts, or layout changes, we can accommodate those too – just respond to your confirmation email with your preferences.
Can I order matching stationery at the same time?
Of course! You can order matching RSVP cards, save the dates, belly bands, and envelopes in the same design to create a cohesive wedding stationery suite.
I’m having a sustainable wedding – are your wedding invitations sustainable?
All of our paper types are carbon neutral, however some are bigger eco-heroes than others! We have a wide range of sustainable options to choose from, including recycled and compostable paper stocks, allowing you to create beautiful wedding invites with minimal environmental impact. What’s more, with vegetable-derived vegan toners and energy efficient printing presses producing your invitations, you can rest assured that our contribution to your big day is green!
Can I see a sample before I order?

Can I use my own custom design instead of a template?

What happens if I need to make changes after placing my order?
You can request any changes any time before approving your digital proof. Once approved, your wedding invitations will make their way into production, at which point changes will not be possible.
How long will it take to receive my save the dates?
Turnaround times depend on the specifics of your order, for example adding metallic foil and requesting design changes will naturally increase the turnaround time for your order. Once you’ve approved your digital proof, we’ll be able to give you an expected delivery date.
