Use a clear hierarchy: the address should be immediately readable, while secondary contact information can be smaller but must still be legible at the finished size. Check every character carefully on the proof, especially email addresses, web addresses, phone numbers and postcodes, because we will print the approved artwork exactly as shown.
Yes, but tell us before ordering if the address, department name or contact details change between versions. A standard print run normally repeats one approved design, so separate versions need to be identified clearly and may need to be quoted or ordered as separate artworks. Use unambiguous file names, state the required quantity for each version and check that the correct address appears on every proof. Yes, whenever colour or an image is intended to reach the cut edge. Extend that background 2mm beyond the finished size on every side, then keep the address, logo and other important details at least 3mm inside the cut edge. Bleed prevents unwanted white slivers after trimming, while the safe zone protects essential content from normal cutting movement. Do not use the edge of the sticker as a precise frame around an address block.
