Our letterheads are compatible with office printers, allowing them to be reprinted over in the office at a later date.
What size is a letterhead?
It is generally best for your letterhead to match the rest of your documents in size to provide a uniform appearance. Our letterheads are available as both A4 and A5, both of which are standard printing sizes.
Can I have a thicker paper for a letterhead?
We have carefully selected the paper weights and stocks for our letterheads that we believe will provide the best results when reprinted using an office printer. Although a thicker paper will make your letterheads look amazing, they simply struggle to fit within an office printer.
Can my letterhead have a lamination?
Our letterheads are not available with a lamination as standard. The reason being that most office printers will struggle to print over the top of a laminate. Instead, our letterheads are available in a range of different paper stocks and textures, each providing their own unique look and feel.
Can I print my letterhead on a coloured paper?
Yes, our colorplan paper range allows for your letterhead design to be printed on a coloured paper. For full colour designs, we recommend a lighter colour, such as our White Frost or Natural, for the best results. Our other colorplan papers are best suited to black designs.
Can I have a double-sided letterhead?
Our letterheads are available as both single and double sided. For a double-sided letterhead, simply select the double-sided option above.
Can I write on my letterhead?
As our letterheads are not laminated, they are easy to write on. We have found that different pen types produce different results when used on our paper stocks. For the best results, we recommend allowing time for the pen ink to dry, to avoid any ink smudging or ink transfers.
Can you design my letterhead?

Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 2mm of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 3mm safe zone from the cut edge.
Metallic Foil & Spot UV Products
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for die/kiss cutting.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Spot Colours
Supply your artwork as CMYK + 1 Spot Colour. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for spot colour printing.
Name your spot colour layer with the colour you've chosen, for example 'gold' or 'silver'.
