What size are metallic foil playing cards?
Metallic foil playing cards measure 2.5inch (64mm) wide x (3.5inch) 89mm high. These playing card dimensions are used for traditional games like Poker and Blackjack. Other card games sometimes use a different size. For example, Bridge Cards measure 2.25inch (57mm) wide x 3.5inch (89mm) high.

What paper should I print my metallic playing cards on?
Casino grade playing cards are printed on a special type of paper that has an opaque center to prevent light shining through.
As with non-foil playing cards, the best standard paper type for printing promotional foil playing cards is 14pt silk paper. This is a nice, smooth satin-effect paper that offers exceptional printing results. 14pt silk can be laminated to give additional protection and is also compatible with our metallic foil process.
Can I see your foil colors before placing an order?
Absolutely! We have a lot of different metallic foil colors to choose from, so we highly recommend ordering a metallic foil sample pack before settling on the perfect colour for your foil playing card order.
Can I have foil on both sides of my playing cards?
Yes, use metallic foil to make your cards as memorable as possible. Not only can you have metallic foil on both sides, but you can have a different foil colour on each side if you like.
For example, you can have metallic gold foil on both sides or you could choose to have holographic foil on the front and metallic blue foil on the back, the customization options are virtually endless!
Are metallic foil playing cards supplied with boxes?
Because every foil playing card order is bespoke, every playing card box will also be bespoke. You can order custom printed playing card boxes in a variety of special finishes to compliment your playing card printing.
You can add metallic foil to your boxes to create a seamless match your metallic foil printed playing cards.
Can I have different foil designs on each card?
Of course! Because we use digital foiling, you can have a different foil design on every single card at no extra cost! Something that just isn’t an option with traditional foil blocking.
When you choose how many cards per deck you would like, each of those cards can be a different design and can also have a different foil design.
You can even have a different image on the back of every playing card too.
What is the minimum order quantity for foil playing cards?
There is no minimum order quantity for foil playing cards. You can order as little as 1 card x 1 deck or you can order as many foil playing cards as you like. The more you order, the cheaper the unit cost will be.
