Yes, you can create your own bespoke size personalized around the size of your deck in the options above – simply enter your desired width and height of the complete flat, unfolded box in mm and select your order quantity. You can order up to 2,500 playing card boxes, perfect for those looking for playing card boxes wholesale.
Can you print my design on the inside of my playing card boxes?
Although it is technically possible to print on the inside of playing card boxes, it is not something we recommend or offer. As the cards will be taken in and out of the box many times, the ink on the inside has the potential to transfer to the cards over time.
How do I send you my artwork?
If you are supplying your own artwork for printing, select ‘Email Finished Artwork’ during the order process. After placing your order, you will receive an automated order confirmation email which contains further instructions. We recommend replying to that email attaching your files for printing.

Can I have my personalized playing card box without laminate?
Standard printing papers like silk are not really meant to be folded up into boxes and can split at the edges and corners. For this reason, we insist a laminate is applied to protect these edges from damage and ensure your product looks as good as it possibly can.
If you would like a box without a laminate, we recommend choosing Invercote Creato as the paper type. This is a specialist folding box board, specifically designed for the production of boxes. It’s specialist folding qualities mean it can be produced without the need for lamination.
Do the boxes come assembled?
As part of the order process, you can choose to have the boxes supplied flat or to have them made up.
If you choose for them to be supplied flat, we will apply double sided tape to the flaps that are to be glued together, ready for you to assemble the boxes.
If you choose ‘finished – made into boxes’, we will assemble the boxes before shipping. When selecting this option, you can also choose to have your cards inserted into the boxes, so everything is ready to go as soon as you receive your order.
