Throughout these Terms and Conditions, we, us, and our refer to Aura Print (UK) Ltd.

2. Our Products and Services

Aura Print provides custom printed products, including but not limited to business cards, flyers, invitations, tags, stickers, bookmarks, postcards, signs, banners, and specialist finishing services.

Most products are made to order and produced using customer-supplied artwork, customer-approved proofs, or artwork created by our design team.

3. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, including:

Product choice
Quantity
Size
Paper stock
Finish
Delivery address
Contact details
Artwork files
Proof approval

We are not responsible for delays, errors, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you.

4. Pricing and Taxes

Prices on the Canadian website are shown in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise.

Prices may be subject to applicable sales taxes, including GST, HST, PST, or other taxes where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted by us.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal or another approved payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems.

Your order will not usually enter production until payment has been received.

6. Artwork

You are responsible for ensuring that all artwork supplied to us is correct, suitable for print, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

This includes checking:

Spelling
Grammar
Names
Dates
Contact details
Image quality
Bleed
Trim areas
Colours
Layout
Copyright permissions

We may review artwork for obvious technical issues, but we are not responsible for checking or correcting spelling, grammar, design content, or factual accuracy unless you have specifically paid for a design or checking service.

7. Proofs and Approval

Where a proof is provided, it is your responsibility to check it carefully before approving it.

Once you approve a proof, you confirm that you are happy for the order to proceed to production.

We are not responsible for errors that appear in approved proofs, including spelling mistakes, incorrect details, layout issues, or design choices.

8. Colour and Print Variation

Printed colours may vary from what appears on screen. Screens display colours using light, while printing uses ink or toner on paper.

Colour may also vary depending on paper stock, finish, coating, lighting, and production method.

Minor colour variation, trimming variation, registration movement, and finishing variation are normal within commercial print production and do not usually constitute a fault.

9. Production Times

Production times are estimates only and begin once all required information, artwork, proof approval, and payment have been received.

Production times do not include delivery time unless clearly stated.

We will do our best to meet estimated turnaround times, but we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Orders may be delivered by courier, postal service, or another delivery provider.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, customs checks, courier delays, severe weather, missed deliveries, or events outside our control.

11. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

As Aura Print (UK) Ltd is based in the United Kingdom, orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

12. Cancellations

Because most of our products are custom made, cancellation rights are limited once an order has entered production.

You may request to cancel an order by contacting us as soon as possible.

If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order and issue a refund.

If production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order or provide a full refund.

13. Returns and Refunds

Custom printed products are made specifically for you and cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not produced in accordance with the approved order specification.

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within a reasonable time after delivery and provide:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs showing the problem
Photographs of the packaging if the order arrived damaged

We may ask you to return the goods for inspection before deciding whether a reprint, refund, or other solution is appropriate.

14. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the products and packaging.

If an order is missing, we may need to investigate with the courier before offering a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for products that are lost or damaged after successful delivery to the address provided.

15. Reprints

Where we agree that an order has been produced incorrectly due to our error, we may offer a reprint, replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.

We are not usually able to offer reprints for issues caused by customer-supplied artwork, approved proofs, incorrect order details, unsuitable files, or normal print variation.

16. Customer-Supplied Content

You confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, images, logos, text, designs, trademarks, or other materials supplied to us.

You agree not to supply content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene, abusive, misleading, or infringes the rights of another person or business.

We reserve the right to refuse to print any order at our discretion.

17. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the artwork and content you supply to us.

By supplying artwork or content, you grant us permission to use it for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.

Any designs, templates, artwork, concepts, or files created by Aura Print remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

18. Website Information

We do our best to ensure that product information, prices, images, descriptions, and availability on our website are accurate.

However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders affected by obvious mistakes.

Product images are for illustration only and may not exactly represent the final printed product.

19. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a direct and foreseeable result of our failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, or loss arising from delays unless required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.

20. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Courier delays
Customs delays
Severe weather
Power failures
Supply shortages
Equipment failure
Strikes or labour disputes
Internet or technology outages
Government restrictions
Natural disasters

If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

21. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy.

By placing an order, you agree that we may use your information to process your order, contact you, arrange delivery, and provide customer support.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.
