Test Our Sticker Material on your Product First
We recommend our stickers for a wide range of products and applications; however, due to the nature of different sticker materials, adhesive types, finishes, and environmental conditions, we cannot guarantee seamless application on every surface, shape, or material. Because of this, we recommend ordering a sample pack and testing our stickers on your intended surface before placing your order.
For foiled stickers, curved or uneven surfaces (such as jars or bottles), or products exposed to moisture, refrigeration, heat, or other extreme conditions, we strongly recommend ordering 5 sample copies of your stickers to test prior to committing to a full run, giving you complete peace of mind when placing your order.
We aim to produce and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As every product is custom printed to order, turnaround times can vary depending on artwork approval, quantity, finishing options and the complexity of the project. More specialist products and finishes, including duplex, triplex, die cut and foiled items, will usually require additional production time due to the extra processes involved.
As you configure your product, the online calculator updates in real time to show an estimated turnaround based on your chosen options. Once you approve your proof, our team will email you a dispatch estimate for your specific order. This estimate covers the production time from proof approval to dispatch and does not include courier delivery time.

Are Eco-Friendly Paper Stickers Recyclable?+
We use paper sticker materials to make recycling more straightforward than it is with a conventional plastic sticker face. However, recyclability is not determined by the sticker alone. Once it is applied, the result depends on the packaging material, adhesive, label coverage, contamination and the sorting rules used by the local recycling facility. Keep disposal wording precise, check the guidance for the market in which the product will be sold, and avoid promising that an entire package is recyclable unless every component and the intended waste stream support that claim.
Are Eco-Friendly Stickers Biodegradable or Compostable?+
We describe this USA paper sticker range as biodegradable, but biodegradable and compostable are not interchangeable claims. Performance and end of life can depend on the exact face stock, adhesive, release backing, disposal environment and timeframe, and the page does not describe the range as compostable. Before repeating a biodegradable claim on packaging or in marketing, contact us to confirm the current specification, test conditions and any supporting certification for the exact option ordered.

Where Do Eco-Friendly Paper Stickers Work Best?+
As a paper-based product, these stickers are generally best suited to clean, dry and reasonably smooth surfaces, including suitable paper packaging, card boxes, bags and other indoor applications. Dust, grease, texture, silicone coatings, condensation and repeated handling can affect adhesion or appearance. We recommend testing the selected stock on the actual surface rather than assuming that every paper sticker will behave in the same way. For wet, outdoor or unusually demanding conditions, use the relevant specialty product specification instead of relying on the eco label alone.
How Should I Test an Eco-Friendly Sticker Before Ordering?+
Order a sample pack and apply the chosen paper to the real product or packaging. Clean and dry the surface first, then check initial grip, edge lift, peeling, handling and appearance over a realistic period. Test through the full packing, storage and delivery process where possible. For curved or uneven surfaces, foiled stickers, or products exposed to moisture, refrigeration, heat or other extreme conditions, we strongly recommend ordering five printed sample copies and testing them before committing to the full run.
Can Eco-Friendly Stickers Be Supplied on Sheets or Individually?+
Yes. We can supply eco-friendly paper stickers on sheets or as individual pieces, depending on the size, cutting method, quantity and chosen specification. Sheets can be convenient when stickers will be stored and applied by hand, while individual stickers may suit inserts, giveaways or packing stations. Tell us how the stickers will be used and distributed before ordering so we can confirm the practical supply format. Keep them on their release backing until use and store them flat, clean and dry.
How Can I Make My Sticker Specification More Sustainable?+
Start with a paper stock that suits the real application, choose a size that uses only the material the design needs and avoid adding a finish unless it serves a clear purpose. Order a practical quantity that you expect to use before the design or information changes, and make the disposal message accurate for the sticker, packaging and local waste route. A simpler specification is not automatically the right answer, but every material and finishing choice should earn its place rather than being added by default.
Can You Design My Eco-Friendly Stickers for Me?+
Yes, our in-house design team can create an eco sticker design from your supplied logo, wording, brand colors and images. Tell us the finished size, intended surface, supply format, required content and any environmental message you want to include. We will help organize the artwork, but you remain responsible for checking that product and sustainability claims are accurate and supportable. Do Eco-Friendly Sticker Designs Need Bleed and a Safe Zone?+
Yes. Extend backgrounds and images 0.08 inch beyond the finished edge as bleed, and keep important text, logos and foreground elements at least 0.1 inch inside the cut line. This allows for normal print-and-cut movement and helps prevent unwanted white edges or clipped content. What Artwork Files Should I Supply for Eco-Friendly Sticker Printing?+
Supply artwork at the correct finished size in CMYK color, with images at a minimum of 300 DPI, 0.08 inch bleed and a 0.1 inch safe zone. We accept print-ready PDF or JPG files, or a fully packaged Adobe Illustrator file containing the required fonts and linked images. Check spelling, environmental wording, contact details, positioning and quantity before approval. I was blown away by the lightning-fast proofing process, and then the incredibly quick printing. Both orders included custom foiling (which I could not find for a better price point anywhere, especially here in the US). We graphic designers know that human creativity is the core of what we do, which is why I was so appreciative that I was working with fellow humans through this process, and not through some AI. Further, the shipping process was spectacular. Whereas many US-based businesses were offering week-long SHIPPING times (excluding printing), Aura offers as its default UPS Express shipping for the US. As a result, their shipments have a 2-day transit time (for me, in a smaller city, but would be overnight for major metros), and are guaranteed by UPS. Having traversed the world of e-commerce shipping, nothing brings me greater relief than to see UPS as a shipping option. Additionally, and quite importantly for my fellow US designers, because my order consisted of what could reasonably be described as printed marketing materials, they should not be subject to tariffs. The shipping department at Aura made sure that the customs information was filled out correctly, leaving me with no duties to pay, for which I am eternally grateful. Awed by the quality of my save-the-dates, proceeding with the rest of my suite was a no-brainer, which included a main invite, detail card, and reply card. The turnaround time was similarly rapid, and the quality of the work simply unmatched. To all designers, but especially those in the US, do not let the idea of an international shipper stop you.
