The choice of hang hole is completely up to you and fully dependent on your display method. If you require a custom die-cut hole to fit a unique stand then please get in touch.

Do you print custom shape bag toppers?
We can print any shape and size bag topper that you need. Custom header cards, also used as bag toppers are great for adding the finishing touch to your packaging. Square header cards or bag toppers are the most popular shape, but we can print rectangular versions, or a truly bespoke shape based on your specific requirements.
How do I use bag toppers?
Perfect for packaging luxury sweets or fancy coffee beans, our bag toppers and designed to be folded over the top of a bag (think a bag of sweets) and then stapled front to back. They can be double sided taped to the bag if the insides are perishable too.
How long does bag topper and header card printing take?
We can print and post your bag toppers in as little as 5 working days from proof approval. We use UPS Express 1-3 days for shipments in the USA.
Can you cut a custom shape hole in the top of my header card?
We can cut any size or shape you require, that includes the hole in the top of the card. As standard, we offer euro slot in the top centre. If you require a custom cut version, just let us know your specific requirements and we will send you a customised quote.
What are bag toppers used for?
Bag toppers are perfect for small artisan products such as sweets or small objects that will be hung up in a shop or displayed on shelves. Bag toppers are used to seal clear plastic bags of sweets or small items such as stickers and temporary tattoos. The header card is the perfect way to present product information and persuade shoppers to buy your product.
Do you crease and fold bag toppers?
Yes, we crease and fold bag toppers and header cards for your convenience and to make sure that they fold perfectly along the fold line without the paper cracking.
Which paper types do you offer for header cards?
We offer silk, uncoated, recycled, conqueror textured paper and colorplan coloured papers and pearlescent paper. We think giving you the best choice of materials gives you control to make your bag toppers just the way you want.
Which paper GSM should I choose for my header cards?
16pt is the average paper weight that is chosen for header cards. If you want long lasting cards for heavier products, choose a 18pt paper.
Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 0.08" (2mm) of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 0.1" (3mm) safe zone from the cut edge.
Metallic Foil & Spot UV Products
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for die/kiss cutting.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Spot Colors
Supply your artwork as CMYK + 1 Spot Color. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for spot color printing.
Name your spot color layer with the color you've chosen, for example 'gold' or 'silver'.
