FAQS

We’ll print and post your custom greeting cards in as little as 2 working days from proof approval, using 1-3 day delivery. Please note that your greeting cards’ paper thickness and finishing choices may increase the time it takes to print your order.
You can place an order for as little as 50 greeting cards split between 5 different designs, so you have 10 of each of your design. If you're looking to sell your greeting cards as a hobby or a side project then take a look at our How To Start You Own Greeting Card Business blog.
We recommend a greeting card to be printed on 14 or 16pt thick paper. You can opt for 18pt paper if you want a stronger sturdier finish however this can make the card tend to spring open. For a more in depth look at greeting card paper types, take a read of our Greeting Card Paper Thickness blog.
We have a huge range of paper types to choose from. Conqueror textured papers add a luxurious yet rustic feel, while our Colorplan paper can make your greeting cards stand out from the crowd. Usually, uncoated is the best paper type for greeting cards but if you're not sure, our blog on greeting card paper explains it all.
We recommend uncoated paper as the best paper for writing on. It's similar in texture to regular notebook paper and doesn't have any gloss or shiny coating that can make writing in ballpoint pen difficult.
While you can write on matt laminate, we don’t recommend having a laminate finish for the inside of the card. Its much easier to write directly onto the card when it's just the paper. You can still have a laminate to the outside of your card although depending if your paper choice is thick enough, it could end up adding a slight curve to your prints. If you're unsure, give this blog post a read which explains each laminate we offer in detail.
While we're able to ship your greeting cards to one location in the USA, UK or EU, we're not able to mail your greeting cards direct to your recipients, we're only here to print your cards and ship them to you.
Where any paper folds, we always add a crease. On greeting cards this is forced and you'll only get the option to include one. This ensures that the fold on your greeting card is clean and won't crack the paper when it gets folded.
