We can print any shape and size foiled bag topper that you need. Custom header cards can be used as bag toppers and they are great for adding the finishing touch to your packaging. Square header cards or bag toppers are the most popular shape, but we can print rectangular versions, or a truly bespoke shape based on your specific requirements.
How long do foil bag topper and header cards take to print?
Our foiled bag toppers are printed in as little as 5 working days from proof of approval. The quicker you approve the artwork, the faster we can start printing for you. Custom shaped toppers can take longer to print depending on how intricate the design is.
Can you cut a custom shape hole in the top?
We can cut any size or shape you require, that includes the hole in the top of the card. As standard, we offer euro slot in the top center. If you require a custom cut version, just let us know your specific requirements and we will send you a customized quote.

Which paper GSM should I choose for my header cards?
350gsm is the average paper weight that is chosen for header cards. If you want long lasting cards for heavier products, choose a 400gsm paper.
Artwork Requirements
The Basics
Allow 0.08" (2mm) of bleed around all artwork for cutting tolerances.
Format all artwork to CMYK.
Set your resolution to a minimum of 300DPI.
Supply your artwork in PDF, JPG or fully packaged AI formats.
Keep all text, logos and foreground images within a 0.1" (3mm) safe zone from the cut edge.
Metallic Foil & Spot UV Products
Separate all foil elements from CMYK artwork, place foil elements on a separate page, and supply as 100% K (black). See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for foil printing.
Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
Indicate cut lines using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for die/kiss cutting.
Folded, Perforated or Drilled Products
Indicate any crease lines, perforation lines or drill holes using a 1pt magenta line on a separate layer or separate page.
Spot Colors
Supply your artwork as CMYK + 1 Spot Color. See our helpful guide about how to supply artwork for spot color printing.
Name your spot color layer with the color you've chosen, for example 'gold' or 'silver'.
