Having had not one but two orders printed incorrec... Having had not one but two orders printed incorrectly by one of the companies at the top of google search results (ahem), I was looking for a company with a personal touch. I found it in Aura Print. Real humans looking over every detail of my order, double checking and making sure I was satisfied before dispatch. They were quick to answer (again, with a real person) on their website's chat function too. Yes, there are cheaper options, but in this case you absolutely get what you pay for. Even without the exceptional quality of the items, knowing that I would actually receive what I wanted was worth it alone. So to reframe it that way, their services are something of a steal. Can't recommend highly enough.

I would definitely deal with them again. However being in the USA, things as they are right know I had to pay a roughly 25% tariff. (Just a work to those inside the USA to figure that into the calculations)

The order process was easy and straightforward, the team responded quickly to my order and I was able to send my artwork easily. They reviewed the artwork and created the mockup quickly and my order was printed and shipped swiftly. It arrived quickly and the banner was simply beautiful, exactly as I had imagined it. I had some issues over a weekend and was unable to complete a payment. I used the live chat on Monday afternoon to alert them to the problem. Within 5 minutes I had a call from the owner of the business (I think Liam). He was genuinely helpful, friendly and honest. The problem in question had actually already been fixed earlier in the day but he walked me through the problem resolved it within 5 minutes and I was able to complete the purchase. 5 Star service and I will write another review when I receive the order. I started a small business and wanted to get some custom business cards made. I didn't want to go with the average run of the mill business cards, so I requested some free samples to see what my options were. I learned about card thickness, soft touch vs velvet touch, foil printing, QR codes. I then used AI to make a graphic of my business card and sent it out to get quotes. I dont know about graphic programs and what it takes to make a business card, so when they wanted me to make overlays of what i wanted foil printed, I had no Idea how to do that. But Alex, from Aura Print, said they had a great in house design team that could handle it for a small fee. So i had them take my business card, do what they needed to do to it so they could print it. Alex kept me up to date with the progress, sent me graphics to approve, and then it was off to print. I was a bit worried about shipping to the USA from the UK, but it arrived with in a few days from shipping.
Im very happy with my business card, it looks and feels amazing. I would highly recommend Aura Print to make business cards. When I need more, I will defiantly re-order from Aura Print!!

I’ve been trialing a few different printers and was impressed with my postcards from AuraPrints. The ordering process was easy, and the the printer who helped me at the proofing stage was super helpful. I was shocked by how quick shipping was, and the price per print was very reasonable.
Before you print, be sure to read their very detailed page that shows and lists the differences between paper and finish types. I went with recycled paper, and the colors of my print are less vibrant than the design file—just like they said it would be!

I ordered a set of custom trading cards as a wedding keepsake for my best mate and his soon-to-be wife, and they turned out absolutely class. The print quality is amazing, the colours came out beautifully, and the cards genuinely look and feel like proper collector cards.
The team were also really helpful with the artwork/bleed requirements and made sure everything was right before going to print, which I really appreciated because this gift meant a lot.
Seeing them in person, I’m genuinely buzzing with how good they look. Couldn’t recommend Aura Print enough if you want custom cards done properly.
My experience working with Aura Print was phenomen... My experience working with Aura Print was phenomenal. I had a bit of an odd project, reproducing a stagecoach ticket from 1891 and binding 600 of them into ticket books. Also, I needed to show the age and character of the piece, and it was important for the size to be historically accurate. Nicola was so helpful and knowledgeable through every step of the project to make sure the details were exactly right. When I opened the package of tickets, I was completely delighted with the results. I was also impressed with the fast production and delivery time. I would recommend Aura to anyone!
Aura is the best, most professional, fastest, and... Aura is the best, most professional, fastest, and highest quality printer I have ever worked with. I custom designed an invitation suite for a retirement party, and first worked with Aura on my save-the-dates before doing a larger order. I was blown away by the lightning-fast proofing process, and then the incredibly quick printing. Both orders included custom foiling (which I could not find for a better price point anywhere, especially here in the US). We graphic designers know that human creativity is the core of what we do, which is why I was so appreciative that I was working with fellow humans through this process, and not through some AI. Further, the shipping process was spectacular. Whereas many US-based businesses were offering week-long SHIPPING times (excluding printing), Aura offers as its default UPS Express shipping for the US. As a result, their shipments have a 2-day transit time (for me, in a smaller city, but would be overnight for major metros), and are guaranteed by UPS. Having traversed the world of e-commerce shipping, nothing brings me greater relief than to see UPS as a shipping option. Additionally, and quite importantly for my fellow US designers, because my order consisted of what could reasonably be described as printed marketing materials, they should not be subject to tariffs. The shipping department at Aura made sure that the customs information was filled out correctly, leaving me with no duties to pay, for which I am eternally grateful. Awed by the quality of my save-the-dates, proceeding with the rest of my suite was a no-brainer, which included a main invite, detail card, and reply card. The turnaround time was similarly rapid, and the quality of the work simply unmatched. To all designers, but especially those in the US, do not let the idea of an international shipper stop you. I've never known a more professional company, period, and will certainly be reordering whenever my next printing job arises. SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESSES! Excellent help from the website enabled me to create the necessary files for uploading from scratch. I needed to clarify a couple of requirements (noob tech questions), but after the phone call with the excellently informative and patient customer support, all was clear. Shared the files via Google, digital proof the next day, invitations arrived a week later (standard turnaround). Excellent quality! The packaging was exceptional, so the 100 invitations were perfect on arrival N.B. a signed-for delivery allows you to inspect the package and sign for damage, if you see any. Very pleased indeed with the product and process, so I am more than happy to recommend Aura Print!

The final business cards arrived to a very high standard — premium feel, excellent print quality, and a clean, refined finish that aligns well with my brand.
The process required more back-and-forth than expected, particularly around artwork setup and technical specifications, which would benefit from clearer guidance earlier on. Additionally, some of the smaller text printed finer than anticipated, so this is something to be mindful of when preparing artwork for print.
That said, once everything was resolved, the team delivered a strong final result.

It was easy to get a quote on their website and to view the various price points for different size options and card stock etc. Aura Print were able to produce a small batch for me and it was a reasonable price.
