Die Cut Or Kiss Cut (Shaped) Products Including Stickers
We understand not everyone is a professional designer. You may not know your RGB from your CMYK or your bleed from your trap. That's why we have our in-house team on hand to craft the design of your dreams. All designs are individually created by our talented bunch. Yes, that's right, real people!
We aim to produce and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. As every product is custom printed to order, turnaround times can vary depending on artwork approval, quantity, finishing options, and the complexity of the project.
Once your proof has been approved, the minimum production turnaround is 2 full working days before dispatch. More specialist products and finishes including duplexed, triplexed, die cut, and foiled items will usually require additional production time due to the extra processes involved. Customers can view a more accurate turnaround estimate at any time by configuring their product within the online calculator.
If you’re working towards a tight deadline, we also offer a Rush Service at checkout which reduces the production turnaround by 1 working day on eligible products.
Although we’re based in the UK, our US delivery times are still faster than many domestic competitors. Orders are carefully printed, finished, quality checked, and dispatched using tracked courier services before crossing the Atlantic to the United States.
US shipping is charged at $12.95. Delivery to Eastern States typically takes 1–2 working days after dispatch, while customers in Central, Mountain, and Pacific states should usually expect delivery within 2–3 working days depending on location.

Do You Generate the QR Code for Me?+
No. You’ll need to supply your own QR code as part of your artwork. We’ll print it exactly as provided. Think of it this way: you bring the QR code, we’ll bring the tags.
Will the QR Code Scan Once it’s Printed?+
Yes, as long as the QR code artwork you supply is high resolution and set up correctly. We recommend testing your QR code before sending it to us, and again once you receive your tags. We print QR tag designs clearly and accurately, but the code itself must be properly generated to scan reliably.
What Size Should my QR Tag be For Easy Scanning?+
That depends on how it will be used. If your QR tag is going on clothing or product packaging, it should be large enough for phone cameras to scan easily without zooming in. If it’s for event passes or displays, you may want to scale it up slightly.
Can I Have Different QR Code Tags on the Same Order?+
Yes. If you need different products to link to different pages or destinations, you can include multiple QR code designs within a single order. This works well for brands running seasonal campaigns or events where each QR tag leads somewhere different.
What’s the Best Material for QR Code Tags?+

I was blown away by the lightning-fast proofing process, and then the incredibly quick printing. Both orders included custom foiling (which I could not find for a better price point anywhere, especially here in the US). We graphic designers know that human creativity is the core of what we do, which is why I was so appreciative that I was working with fellow humans through this process, and not through some AI. Further, the shipping process was spectacular. Whereas many US-based businesses were offering week-long SHIPPING times (excluding printing), Aura offers as its default UPS Express shipping for the US. As a result, their shipments have a 2-day transit time (for me, in a smaller city, but would be overnight for major metros), and are guaranteed by UPS. Having traversed the world of e-commerce shipping, nothing brings me greater relief than to see UPS as a shipping option. Additionally, and quite importantly for my fellow US designers, because my order consisted of what could reasonably be described as printed marketing materials, they should not be subject to tariffs. The shipping department at Aura made sure that the customs information was filled out correctly, leaving me with no duties to pay, for which I am eternally grateful. Awed by the quality of my save-the-dates, proceeding with the rest of my suite was a no-brainer, which included a main invite, detail card, and reply card. The turnaround time was similarly rapid, and the quality of the work simply unmatched. To all designers, but especially those in the US, do not let the idea of an international shipper stop you.
